We are seeking a take-charge individual who is excited about the opportunity to help support our business inKansas City , MO. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for:
Selling products and services in a fast paced environment
Communicating Crescent’s Value Added Services where they will meet customer needs
Handling customer requests promptly when received via telephone, fax, or email
Understanding product applications to aid customer needs
Exchanging customer needs information with other branch personnel
Keeping record of all sales – including lost sales
Documenting customer comments and feedback
Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, general electrical product knowledge, and 3+ years of experience in the electrical distribution industry.Experience in the electrical contractor market is preferred. Technical (computer and phone), communication (written and verbal), problem solving, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills are essential to this position.
