Position: Treasury Management Representative

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing Cash Management relationships for the Small Business line within Consumer and Small Business Financial Services.
The individual being considered for this position must demonstrate the ability to make a significant number of documented sales calls per month in order to aggressively develop new business.
Candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years of Cash Management experience, or have participated in and completed the Retail Branch Management Training Program.
Must possess energy, enthusiasm and excitement for working with small business clients, Business Banking Officers and Branch Managers. Must be able to coordinate the documentation and implementation process for a very high volume of clients simultaneously. Be able to handle a portfolio of approximately 300-400 business customers and meet their expectation for service. Must have exemplary time management and organizational skills.
Will work with the nurture of minimum of 12 Small Business Lenders and 24 Branches, which will be key referral sources needed in order to accomplish goals. Must have the ability to develop and present unique product presentations.
