Position : Sr. Electrical Designer

Description :

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: Work with Product Development engineering department to plan and develop electrical drawing packages as well as maintain existing packages. REQUIREMENTS: Education: A.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years total professional work experience, power electrical design background preferred . *Personal Factors: Special knowledge: Special skills: AutoCAD a must Microstation & PDS EE-Raceway a plus Certifications/licenses: None ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop, check and maintain power plant one-line diagrams, interconnect and control wiring diagrams, and PLC drawings. · Assist product and electrical engineers with electrical component packaging. · Design cable and wire/harness assemblies. Optimize routing of cables and cable trays.

Develop, check and maintain power plant electrical arrangement drawings.
Maintain existing power plant drawing packages thru the company’s ECN process.
