The PG IM Program Manager - provides Information Management support to the PG Finance Organization; such as Contract Management, Inventory, Sales and Margin, Cost Estimating, Logistics Invoicing.

-Delivery expert for design and implementation of PG finance application areas.

-Maintain effective working relationship with finance stakeholders, peers, and vendors to integrate the Finance programs into strategic objectives, such as financial interfaces with Copics Mainframe replacement (Oracle ERP).

-Drive strategic growth and operational excellence of financial programs (ERP platform migrations, Cognos Reporting).

-Conduct project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program(s).

-Manage total cost of ownership (i.e. budgets, contracts) associated with program(s) or initiatives.

-Manage invoicing and provide SII program spends for all applications/projects.

-Manage project team resources to deliver solutions (Onshore & Offshore).

-Coordinate program support activities, including development and delivery of internal / external communications, establishing roadmaps, benchmarks, and metrics.

-Manage and adhere to dPMM and Lean methodologies to ensure production of quality deliverables associated with the program(s).

-Liaison for the TSG & GAMS teams to deliver a high level of application support, to existing finance solutions.

-Interface with the Shared Services COE Finance team, supporting Energy and the General Ledger.

-Ensure proper delivery of all SOX L1 requirements, including quarterly access audits.

-Experience with the following systems and/or processes - Financial costing, sourcing, time and labor, oracle financial modules, and program management
Qualifications

-BS/BA in Computer Science, and/or related technical, shared services experience.

-Minimum of 2 years experience in business systems analysis and support including working with all aspects of the systems development life cycle (requirements through implementation).

-EMIS (Oracle Project Accounting).

-Time Recording - Kronos.

-Logistics Invoicing - Tradesphere.

-Resource Management & Scheduling.

- Primavera P6.

-Copics.

-Cosdom Billing.

-PEGA - Capital Appropriations Request (CARS).

-General Ledger.

-Sales and Margin (ESAM).

-Oracle ERP Financial Modules - AP, AR, GL, FA.

-Data warehouse (Cognos, Brio, Business Objects).

-Green Belt or Black Belt Certified (GE Employees Only).

-IMLP or GE leadership program graduate.

-Advanced degree in Master Business Administration or PMP certification.

-Experience using Six Sigma tools and techniques.

-Background with financial systems and finance related processes.

-Functional Process Expertise,

-Possible FMP graduate.

-Strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations.

-Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

-Experience working in a global environment with offshore support teams.

-Ability to communicate at all process
