Director, Herkimer Operations
|
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Working under the direction of the VP of operations for the Bassett Physician Group, provides administrative leadership and management of the operations at Herkimer Health Center.
Participates as a member of Bassett healthcare's operations planning team in such a manner that the organization is able to fulfill its mission on day-to-day basis and over the longer term.
This postion is specifically accountable for overall administration and operating results of the Herkimer Health Center, with responsibility for clinical operations, strategic planning process, budget development and financial management, program development and promotion, physician and staff recruitment, physician practice management, organizational structure and support staff management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Business Healthcare or related field strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in Physician Practice Management, including 5 years as a manager or director.
Board Certification by the American College of Medical Practice Executives preferred.
