Specifically, you will lead, support and develop team members to achieve superior quality claim services, case management, and customer service excellence. Additionally, you will ensure contract compliance, develop/implement work flow and case management best practices. To qualify, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration or related field and 8+ years of progressively responsible experience providing service to large sophisticated clients’ in Personal Injury claims and/or case management, including at least six in a supervisory role. Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, analytical and team leadership skills are essential.
