Description :
You as a Branch Office Manager will -
· Manage the overall sales, service and operational performance of a branch banking office in unison with the Branch Manager.
· Make decisions regarding branch employees and customers.
· Be accountable for the effective branch implementation of changes to products, systems, policies and procedures, and for compliance with all regulatory guidelines required in the branch.
· Be accountable for effective use of sales and sales management practices that result in the achievement of expected results.
You and your skills -
· Three to five year's related experience with previous branch banking experience preferred
· Successful record of sales and service excellence, with demonstrated skill in sales, sales management, coaching and problem-solving
· General computer knowledge with ability to operate in an on-line environment
· General financial aptitude
