You as a Mortgage Sales Manager will -
· Be responsible for overall profitable management of mortgage production in a defined geographic region.
· Be responsible for roper staffing, training, production support and coaching, business and profit planning.
· Originate and successfully deliver a minimum of $75 million annually; the minimum production average per loan officer should be no less than $6 million.
You and your skills -
· Strong sales skills
· Solid knowledge of mortgage products, procedures and systems
· Proven communications in writing and verbal skills, sales management skills, including organization and problem solving abilities, and proven work ethic
· Bachelor's degree or the equivalent
· The minimum amount of related work experience preferred is five years or more and must be producing minimum of $10 million anually in personal production.
