John Deere Construction and Forestry Division is seeking a Supervisor to manage a team of folks responsible for Warranty Administration. In this position, you will:

Manage and execute changes to C&F's warranty policies.
Communicate directly with dealers and company field support staff to answer warranty related questions and policy interpretation.
Responsible for content and change control of the Service Administration Manual, Extended Warranty Manual, and all warranty statements and forms.
Work with IT in developing warranty enhancements.
Draft and publish communication bulletins to dealers.
Participate in the SAP Warranty project as C&F's warranty administration subject matter expert.
Lead process improvement projects related to warranty administration.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in a Business, Engineering, Technology or Marketing discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Required Skills and Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading teams and driving action.
Ability to manage and prioritize projects from multiple sources.
Demonstrated interpersonal communications skills and the ability to influence and train others.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Experience in leading process improvement activities.
Strong attention to detail.
Desired Skills and Experience

Product Support experience.
Knowledge of Construction & Forestry products and customer support processes.
Understanding of warranty and policy administration.
Knowledge of dealers and their business practices.
Strong desire to make continuous improvements to our products and processes.
Knowledge of SAP and SAP project management.
