Job Description:
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: The Service IT, Communication/Network Specialist role is to ensure the stable operation of Global Monitoring network. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links in our WAN Environment. The person will also help Service IT, Technician to analyze and resolve HMI hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Candidate must have B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science/Computer Engineering Candidate must be Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Experience: · 1-2 Years experience has a network administrator in a Windows Environment · Experience with Active Directory and Server Policies · Experience with Cisco Firewall · Experience in industrial networks, databases, PLC, HMI and/or SCADA *Personal Factors: Special knowledge · MCSE Certification · Cisco Firewall · HMI Special skills · Ability to creatively and independently identify problems and propose solutions · Dedication and self-motivation Certifications/licenses · MCSE Certification
