Main Duties and Responsibilities
Perform a variety of managerial functions including, achieving store productivity/financial targets, planning and executing promotional and local store marketing activities and completing human resources responsibilities.
Responsible for full operation of retail store including opening, closing, staffing service levels, cash and inventory.
Establish and exceed organizational performance and individual performance goals.
Complete duties and provide leadership designed to deliver high levels of service to customers within the framework of established company policies.
Recruit, screen and hire outstanding talent for the organization.
Motivate, lead and train a winning sales team.
Coordinate sales and local marketing events on a regular basis.
Participate in community events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community.
Assist in other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by management.
Skills Required
Ability to lead, motivate, communicate and generally interact with people in a positive way.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong organizational skills are required to perform job duties.
Ability to analyze results, plan the future, make good decisions and take responsibility.
Experience Required
2 - 3 years of management experience in wireless, retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Knowledge of cellular, paging, personal communications service (PCS) and advanced wireless communication is preferred.
Education Required
High School Diploma is required.
College degree is preferred.
