Salary: Based on Experience
Searching for a HR or Business background in HR. Your expertise in human resources, payroll and time applications are needed in this start up environment. SAP is the chosen tool and your background with 6.0 including life cycle implementation is needed. You speak the SAP implementation language of patches, upgrades and conversions.
Getting in on the ground floor allows you to assist in evaluating and recommending processes that will make this implementation successful. Three to five years of analysis and design would be exceptional and a strong project management background would be an asset. A plus would be any experience with compensation, benefits, 401(k), and pension applications.

A minimum of 5 years experience with a Bachelors in Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience required.
