The successful candidate must be self-driven, responsible for design and implementation in a start up environment where priorities can change quickly. In addition,
At least 2-3+ years of software development experience shipping product or service
Excellent problem solving and technical design skills
Good cross group collaboration, team work and communication skills
C++ or C# managed code, .NET Framework experience
Experience with Exchange and mail protocols are an asset
Experience with mobile development, highly scalable server or web service preferred.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred.
