SUBCONTRACT MANAGER
Direct-Hire position with Shipbuilding Industry.
Loction: Marinette, Wisconsin
Job Function:
Develop subcontract specifications, work statements and terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment and services. Prepare bid package, conduct bidder conferences, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select and recommend subcontractors, write awards and administer resulting subcontracts. In addition, negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts, and participate with contract administrative and purchasing to develop policies and procedures.

Bachelor degree from an accredited college plus four years professional experience. This requirement can also be met with the possession of a High School diploma plus 6 years of professional experience.
Procurement, Contracts Administration, Cost and Price Analysis, Earned Value Management, Negotiation Strategies and Techniques, FAR and DFAR knowledge required.
