Job Description:
This position will be responsible for assistance on pricing, analytics, and tools for the Commercial Bank - Regional division.
This position will create, coordinate, and facilitate meaningful discussion around models and tools which will help the Commercial Bank to compete in today's environment. Analysis will also assist in monitoring spreads and deals on a regular basis and engaging management in pricing meetings to both share information and strategize for future actions.
Responsible for managing all requirements through design, development, testing and implementation. Consults with business partners; facilitates and leads the LOB to solve business problems. Through collaboration this individual will build alliances with project leaders, clients, operations, vendors and other IS Teams to define and manages the requirements through the requirements management process and entire project life cycle. Required to provide mentoring of other individuals of the various business tools created and to assist in development and creation of additional analytics on the lending side of the business.
Previous banking/financial analyst experience, access, database management experience. MBA/CPA preferred. Lending experience helpful.
