Position: Institutional/Municipal Sales Assistant

Job Description:

Provide support for all sales activity in the Grand Rapids, MI & Lansing ,MI Offices. Act as liaison between sales reps and clients, NCI trading desk and other departments in the bank; administrative duties; process customer transactions, from new account documentation to trade settlement; research customer problems in timely fashion; answer incoming sales calls; spreadsheet management of customer trade activity; daily client contact(phone).

Series 63 and Series 7 licenses preferred. Exceptional candidate will have opportunity to study on the job and take exams post hire date with a 6 to 9 month window.

Requires excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple job functions in a relatively fast-paced work environment, computer skills(work & excel).
Series 63 & Series 7 NASD/FINRA licenses are required to perform job. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.

Monday through Friday
8:00am est - 5:00pm est
40 hours/week (1-hour daily lunch)
