Are you a senior finance leader interested in a job with visibility and upside? The Entertainment & Devices (E&D) finance team has just the position for you. We are looking for a motivated, customer focused, and results driven professional to be the finance lead for our cost management activities - especially what we call 'Non Product costs' (NPC). The generally means all costs beyond the Bill of Materials - an increasingly sizeable & important area within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain groups. Core Job Responsibilities:
Define, build and drive the cross organizational process to manage non-product costs for all E&D Manufacturing & Supply Chain. This would include:
o Driving analysis, clarity and reporting around NPC - by all lines of business & functionally
o Driving cross group targets around NPC, align with business groups and coordination of cost reduction opportunities
o Coordinating with line of business finance teams for forecasting and budgeting activities
o Define and create M&SC level metrics and success indicators for management around NPC
o Look at benchmarking opportunities across group to determine best in class NPC profiles
Finance support for M&SC OPEX cost management - which includes headcount costs, system project costs & other burden costs
Support cross finance forecasting & budgeting activity - and working closely with product cost finance teams to pull together the complete business picture
Involvement in ad hoc finance project activities, as priorities determine, that drive shareholder value
Requirements/Qualifications:
BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; Advanced business degree
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in hardware manufacturing; large company experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of cost accounting practices
Proven ability to successfully lead cross group activities and collaborate with business partners to drive process improvement
Previous CE, semi-conductor procurement experience is a plus
