John Deere World Headquarters, located in Moline, Illinois is seeking a HR Learning Representative to administer processes associated with the Leadership Development and Coaching programs. In this position, you will:
Schedule Leadership and Coaching classes.
Coordinate Leadership class enrollments with the super user's group.
Maintain course content for coaching and advanced mastery coaching courses.
Manage schedule changes and close out process for Leadership and Coaching classes.
Process and assign 360 Profiler Assessments.
Maintain the coaching database and processing coaching assignments.
Education
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration-related discipline or equivalent experience.
Required Skills and Experience
Focus on customer service and high degree of attention to detail.
Working knowledge of MS applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with problem solving / handling difficult conversations, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
Previous experience with training / event scheduling.
Demonstrated teamwork skills.
Self-motivated; drive to seek additional responsibilities.
Experience working with process documentation and continuous improvement activities.
Effective time management and organization skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
