John Deere Construction and Forestry is seeking an Electrical Engineer to provide electrical/electronics engineering support for motorgrader manufacturing. In this position, you will:

Provide electrical/electronics engineering support to the Dealer Technical Assistance Center (DTAC) for dealer/customer problems.
Prioritize warranty issues and create/manage projects as part of a multi-functional team to drive to root cause and implement corrective action.
Interface with engineering groups to assure resolution of current product issues are carried into new designs.
Develop and manage electrical cost reduction projects.


Education

Four year degree in electrical/electronics engineering or equivalent experience.



Required Skills and Experience

1+ years hands on experience working with electrical/electronics systems on construction products or other off-highway machines.
Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.



Desired Skills and Experience

Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
Experience working with customers and/or dealers.
Experience working with suppliers, especially on quality related issues.
