Come join the team that is working every day to help make sure the Xbox LIVE experience is a safe and enjoyable experience for all! The Enforcement team is looking for a technical Program Manager to help take our enforcement process and tools to the next level.
Xbox continues to grow! After selling over 19 million Xbox 360 consoles we continue to grow our charter, ambition, and scope. LIVE now has well over 12 million members! As a Program Manager on the enforcement team you would be responsible for:
Owning the Program Management of enforcement tools
Onboard new teams and audiences into our toolset
PM new features and capabilities
PM the migration of the toolset into different environments
Assisting in the development and maintenance of enforcement process and policies
Improve the user experience
Oversee the enforcement agents and air marshal program
Drive data reporting for the business on overall community health
Providing input in the future of Xbox LIVE
Assisting in Beta testing and feature reviews
Providing input on the evolution of policy on the service
What skillset are we looking for? Well, preferred candidates should have a deep familiarity with and passion for the Xbox 360 platform as well as Xbox LIVE. In addition, 3 years of product team shipping experience in the program management role and familiarity with Agile/SCRUM program management are important keys to success in this role. We expect candidates to have strong project management skills to manage cross-team risks and dependencies coupled with strong technical skills with a proven ability to have impact and influence across teams. And of course, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are going to be key.
Experience in managing communities and developing policy is a plus. Familiarity with SQL and C# is also a plus.
