Position Description
Integrated Scheduling Specialist supporting the Security Border Initiative (SBI) Program. Support the Integrated Scheduling requirements in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Leads the integration and coordination of integrated schedules across multiple teams. Leads schedule reviews, interfaces with management and Government representatives. Understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance. Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Represents organization as a contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. US Person Status required for this position.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree and 10 to 14 years' related work experience, a Master's degree and 8 to 12 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Job related information
Experience with Integrated Schedules and Logic networks. Multiple site and subcontractor schedule integration experience. Proficient with database tools and standard Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. The successful candidate must currently possess or be able to favorably pass a background investigation, with approval from Customs & Border Protection (CBP), Security Programs Division.
