Position Description
Security Border Initiative (SBI) program Senior Business Planning Analyst supporting the program in the financial management and integration of several task orders to conduct business planning analyst roles involving cost and schedule tasks. The position will prepare, report and analyze program schedule data, forecast and budget data with the ability to perform financial analyses and serve as lead for other analysts supporting the program. Ability to coordinate consolidates, analyze and maintain data coming from the financial information management systems. Ability to coordinate and conduct program EACs and develop summary charts for program visibility. Experience in the preparation and presentation of schedule, financial and performance data to management and team members. The position will coordinate and issue task order budget memos, coordinating Integrated Baseline Reviews, managing baseline changes, and preparing and reporting to program management on performance status. This position will be work with team planners and schedulers daily to ensure the integrity of the performance measurement baseline.

Education and/or Experience

The successful candidate must currently possess or be able to favorably pass a background investigation, with approval from Customs & Border Protection (CBP), Security Programs Division. Position requires Earned Value Management experience and desires experience with CSPR (Cobra/OPP), IMICS and e-CAM Notebook.
