Sr. Education Specialist Trainer - Public Safety
|
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Sr. Educations Specialist Trainer immediately!
Can be located anywhere in the US in close proximity to any major airport.
Salary $75k+ plus bonus
Overview:
Level II Education Specialists provide both technical and application customer training on NICE systems and products. Candidate will also be responsible for installing a subset of the EIS and Public Safety product line. Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver technical training material for new EIS and Public Safety products for both internal and external customersto include documentation and manual creation.
Develop and deliver advance or custom application training material for new EIS and Public Safety products for both internal and external customers to include documentation and manual creation based on customer requests.
Carryout all aspects of both technical and application training as required by the customer, including preparing and conducting training classes.
Install selected EIS & Public Safety products at customer locations
Apply effective techniques and methods to create an environment in which learning can succeed.
Present technical information effectively in a classroom setting and one-on-one in a manner that is easy to understand.
Use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide individuals in the use of the NICE system.
Aid the Manager of Client Training in developing and refining training materials and associated documentation for external customers.
Configure the hardware, operating system and software underlying the user interface.
Assist in assessing both internal and external customer training and / or education needs.
Travel70% - 80% of the time .
Education & Experience: BS Computer Science degree or equivalent required MCSE, CCNA certification or equivalent required Experience with voice switching systems required
Knowledge and Skills:
Previous applications training experience required • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. • Focus on customer service and satisfaction. • Computer-based skills including advanced hardware, installing and testing of software, and Microsoft Windows.
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred, but not required
