Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Education Specialist Trainer immediately!
Can be located anywhere in the US in close proximity to any major airport.
Job Skills and Requirements:
College degree or equivalent required
Focus on customer service and satisfaction
Computer-based skills including basic hardware, installing and testing of software, and Microsoft Windows
Call center industry experience preferred, but not required, preferably in a training capacity
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
75% travel
Job Accountabilities and Tasks:
Implement all aspects of training as required by the customer, including preparing and conducting training classes.
Configure the hardware, operating system and software underlying the user interface.
Aid the Manager of Client Training in developing and refining training materials and associated documentation.
Apply effective techniques and methods to create an environment in which learning can succeed.
Present technical information effectively in a classroom setting and one-on-one in a manner that is easy to understand.
Use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide individuals in the use of the NICE system.
Assist in assessing both internal and external customer training and / or education needs.
Salary $65k+ plus bonus
