We are working on a client/server solution that enables Windows Mobile devices to be managed just like Windows PCs. Components in our product interact with Windows Server technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Software Update Service to manage Windows Mobile devices. The MIW Solutions team is looking for a highly motivated individual contributor who has the technical skills and passion for product quality, who is passionate about driving software quality and working with various technologies.
The candidate will be part of a team driving the performance testing and tuning across entire product. This position entails significant high quality development and designing, problem solving, analysis, detailed planning, profiling, debugging. You will work with program managers, developers and peer testers to define, develop, test and deliver a high quality product.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping high quality software and a strong desire to join and influence a sustainable, high performance test culture. Candidate must have good communication skills and ability to work closely in a team environment.
Three years of related experience and a BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline are required. Strong (3yr+) programming, knowledge of C++/C#, .Net Framework, and debugging/troubleshooting are required. Previous experience with client/server testing is required. Knowledge of Group Policy, IIS, SQL, AD technologies is a plus.
You will report to a Test Lead in the MIW Solutions team and will have the opportunity to make a critical impact on important products supporting a key Microsoft initiative.
