Job Description:
Our client is an established and well respected title company and they are currently seeking several Title Marketing Reps throughout the state of Florida. Qualifications:
• Title or mortgage experience required.
• Ability to utilize existing marketing programs to meet revenue goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally, in writing, in person and by telephone.
• Ability to plan/maintain an efficient schedule of customer contact and sales promotion.
• Must be friendly/outgoing and have a professional appearance.
• Must be customer service orientated and a team player.
• Must be a notary.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate agents and
banks to generate title business.
• Participate in title presentations and training programs for customers and other groups.
• Assist in-house title staff with responsibilities relating to your client’s files, as needed.
• Keep records of activities/expenses and provide periodic reports.
• Must be available to conduct on and off-site title closings for your clients
This is a commission only position with benefits and monthly expenses reimbursement offered.
