Help Desk Support Tech
Our client is hiring a full-time Help Desk Support Technician to provide Level 1 IT support for users across the country.
Responsibilities will include troubleshooting company supported applications, user issues and computer problems; taking appropriate action; and documenting all IT support requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
-Two years of relevant, professional IT experience is required.
-Candidate must also possess excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
