Position:
Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst
|
Job Description:
Position will be primarily responsible for providing quality consolidated financial reports in accordance with GAAP and to support debt compliance reports as well as assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. High visibility within the organization and the successful candidate will interact with the CAO and CFO! Review hedging activity and ensure compliance with FAS 133/143
Prepare, analyze and submit financial information to the Finance Manager.
Provide actual results and forecast, including revenue sales and production, income statement, balance sheet and cash flow information
Prepare bi-monthly forecast to management
Debt compliance and reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Maintain, prepare and review the internal monthly reporting package
Research and explain any variances in reporting
Special projects as required
Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience in preparing financial statements within an oil and gas environment. Experience with FAS 133 and consolidations required. BBA in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred and a CPA is a plus.
