Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing students. Monitor and interact with individual or grouped students to improve caring, socialization, and other life skills. Meets with team and staff to discuss students and their well being.
Other Duties :
·Supervises students in various settings and insures safety and whereabouts of each assigned student or group of students.
·Provides information on students daily to include internal incident reports in accordance with state regulations.
·Maintains explicit confidentiality on students, obtaining appropriate releases when sharing information with outside sources.
·Assists students in following the School's set schedule at all times.
·Assists the School administration and assigned coordinators with School activities within the individual School as necessary.
·Participates as an active team member and attends meetings and training as required.
·Assists in maintaining good relationships with the surrounding communities and local agencies.
·Handles complaints appropriately using the pre-set protocol. Notifies HR and the School Director when further assistance is required.
Participates in on-going quality assurance activities as assigned.

Requirements
Academic: High School diploma or GED required.
