Come be a part of an experienced team of developers chartered to build and enhance the Windows Embedded Tools: the technology and infrastructure used to enable the development of Windows Powered devices, such as Set Top Boxes, Windows based Terminals, Industrial Process Controllers, Point of Sale Terminals, Medical Devices, and many others. You will get to be a part of the team that makes Windows run on these devices, and build the new set of development tools that will enable our customers to create cool devices running Windows Embedded.
This position requires a bright developer with great design, coding, and debugging skills, and a passion for problem solving. This person must be able to design, and produce high-quality code. They also must be able to work well with other Developers, Program Managers, and Testers, to make sure the products we build are what the customers need and want.
Technical skills needed: C/C++, Win32, and/or C# / .Net managed code. Candidate should have an interest in UI and/or middleware development. Bonus points for candidates with a strong understanding of low level OS concepts, including interrupt processing, device drivers, memory management and storage, or experience in kernel mode programming. A BA/BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is desired.
