Position Description:
Candidates in this position can expect to be involved with the following on a daily basis:
Will play a key leadership role with regard to the implementation and maintenance of SAP HCM for MolsonCoors globally.
Candidates will be responsible for leading/participating in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all SAP HCM systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, assess available solutions, recommend options and implement solutions. In this process, solution managers use their extensive SAP HR functional knowledge, combined with strong knowledge of best practices and business processes to drive to the best solution from a people, process and technology perspective.
Individuals in this role will have a high level of SAP HCM competence and will be able to perform work at the highest technical level within one or more functional areas.
Candidates are expected to actively develop/enhance their SAP knowledge through training, networking and participation in SAP User Groups.
Qualified candidates for the SAP HCM Solution Manager role will have the following knowledge and experience:
Comprehensive understanding of SAP HCM (version 4.6C or higher) areas (OM, PA, Payroll, Time) including the integration with other functions in R/3 or other SAP applications. Experience with the ESS and MSS is a plus, as is experience with other HCM modules.
Candidates will have at least 6 years experience implementing HR solutions including 4 years of SAP HCM experience. As a team lead, individual would organize, plan and execute projects from vision to implementation.
Candidates will have strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Individual should have a thorough understanding of the main business processes in HR, preferably in a North-American and UK setting.
Individual must have strong communication and project management skills. Candidate must be self-motivated, take initiative and to able to work in a team-based global environment. He/She must be able to operate at strategic level, yet still be hands on enough to design and develop solutions and to guide team members.
Candidates who have experience in a consulting role specific to SAP HCM or those who have worked in a a global SAP COE environment are highly desired.
Candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree or a pertinent professional qualification.
