Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager/Support Engineer you will play a significant role in realizing the long-term growth potential of the Local Sales Team. Success is dependent on your ability to retain existing business, maximize profitability, and grow sales. Using expert knowledge of recovery boilers, cooling water, and waste applications specific to the Pulp and Paper industry, you will be the customer’s primary resource to help improve raw water quality, control mill discharges, and keep the boilers running efficiently. A proven track record of sales success and/or strong technical skills is desired for this position. To excel in this position, you must share the Hercules safety and customer service philosophy and our commitment to exceed the customer’s needs.
Qualifications:
BS in Chemical Engineering, Pulp and Paper, Chemistry or equivalent experience with approximately 5+ years selling and servicing recovery boilers and water and waste management applications in the Pulp and Paper Industry.
Safety – maintain a safe, injury-free environment through active team participation and promptly addressing any identified safety deficiencies.
M u st possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills in addition to excellent customer service and communication skills.
Qualified individuals must have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to motivate others and the know-how to identify new business opportunities.
T he ability to work individually and with a team.
To be employed, permanent residency status in the U.S. is required or otherwise authorized by the Attorney General.
Valid Drivers License.
