Sr. Marketing Manager, System Integrators Partner Channel
The MCB (Mobile Communications Business) is looking for a talented senior strategist and marketer to help us develop & launch innovative marketing programs with our strategic SI (Systems Integration) Partners. You need to have a good acumen in understanding how partnerships work, what motivates partners and combine that with your marketing skills. You will be responsible for defining all-up worldwide marketing strategy with our SI partners, developing marketing campaigns and launching them in the market, across geographies.
Key Responsibilities include:
Defining all-up marketing strategy for SI Partners (WW), on Windows Mobile based solutions
Developing and launching marketing campaigns with partners:
o Customer Facing
o Within MS (Sales field, build awareness through intranet, newsletters)
o To partner organizations
Develop & Launch partner initiatives/offers/programs in the market (programs that can be leveraged by Microsoft & partner sales organizations)
Cross-Integration & collaboration with multiple marketing groups in partner organizations & Microsoft
Launch multi-partner marketing initiatives with SI partners, along with Mobile Operators and OEM partners
Lead partner integration efforts for Events (Partner-led Events, MS events & Industry events)
Ownership on Joint Content creation with partners
Work with various stakeholders in Microsoft and partner organizations in ensuring that these WW marketing plans land in various countries/regions
Ensure that SI partners are integrated well in our new product launches and MS-led campaigns
This job involves a significant amount of strategic analysis, decision making, partner management skills, understanding of innovative marketing programs and the ability to move quickly in a fast-changing industry. Successful candidates will be self-directed, have great problem solving abilities, superb communication skills and the ability to work closely with external and internal stakeholders.
We're looking for great general candidates that have a diverse range of marketing experiences, particularly in marketing information technology to businesses, through partners.
This position requires:
7+ years of product marketing, channel marketing or business-to-business marketing experience
BA or BS in Marketing. MBA is preferred.
Experience in driving programs with partners and managing them on an ongoing basis.
Experience in IT services (systems integration, outsourcing, etc) industry a big plus
Ability to collaborate and drive multiple stakeholders towards a common vision
Knowledge of mobility, telecoms or related industries, international markets, business segments and information technology marketing.
Some travel (International & Domestic) - around 15%.
