As our Nike Store Manager, you'll lead the team. You'll keep the team energized, motivated and focused on a single vision: serving the athletes that walk through our doors everyday. You'll provide overall leadership and accountability for the store team to create a premium employee and consumer experience. You'll also offer overall leadership and people management, including proactively recruiting and hiring top talent, the career planning of your team, training and development, performance management and coaching. Furthermore, you'll be on point to create the environment where your team gets the right product, the right fit and the right style to every consumer. In this role, you'll be a leader in the community by supporting Nike community connections and sponsoring local Community Outreach programs. You'll show up with solid business skills and manage Nike product merchandising strategy, promotions, launches and tests. In addition, you'll demonstrate a history of hitting store financial goals through smart budgeting, including labor costs and overall expenses, and take actions to ensure control of costs through SG&A, shrink and margin controls.
Show us what you've got:
- Must have 6+ years' progressively responsible retail experience with 3+ years' management experience in the service or retail industry
- Extensive experience and the ability to lead the delivery of premium service in a brand retailer
- Skilled in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, people leadership and management experience
