Position Description
The successful candidate will work in the Human Resource organization supporting the Space Exploration Division workforce transformation and be responsible for the workforce elements of change management using disciplined change management and project management techniques. The successful candidate will identify, analyze, and implement workforce initiative change strategies, including skill development, attracting, retaining, and increasing the engagement of a high performing workforce. The successful candidate will research and analyze Space Exploration employee survey data and other methods of employee response, obtain and analyze workforce requirements of current and future programs, and benchmark against industry data in support of skill development, attraction, retention and employee engagement change strategies. The successful candidate will design, develop, and execute change management project plans to effectively implement the Space Exploration workforce change strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Space Exploration initiative owners to integrate workforce change strategies with other Space Exploration initiatives to achieve the desired outcome, and respond with an integrated, focused approach.
