We are currently hiring Claims Associates to provide the “astonishing customer service” for which Travel Guard had built a global reputation. This position is responsible for the determination and settlement of insurance claims. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, collecting pertinent information, data entry, and claim settlement.
Qualified candidates will have established 1-2 years minimum customer service experience (call center and insurance experience preferred but not necessary), possess strong keyboarding/computer capabilities, the ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment, and the dedication and motivation to succeed.
