Key Accountabilities:
--We are currently seeking a results-driven leader with a proven track record of achievement for an outstanding career opportunity.
--Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years General Manager, or equivalent, level experience preferably in the Casual Dining sector.
--General Managers have responsibility for the entire restaurant and lead a team of 40+ hourly associates and 2+ managers. They are directly accountable for the profitability, guest services, staffing, training and development of the restaurant and its team.
