Refinery MEI Manager and other Refinery Positions

There are multiple positions open for experienced professionals who have worked in the refinery environment with a high level of awareness for Health, Safety and Environmental issues and are good communicators and enjoy working with people with different backgrounds. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
MEI Manager
Responsibilities include:
Direct the technical assuarnce programs and delivery of technical expertise for all Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation functions in the refinery
Lead the department in providing reliable operations and technical support
Supervises/develops/coaches department staff and responsible for annual performance appraisals
Responsible for department budget,
Etc.
Requirements include:
BS in Engineering: ME, ChE, EE
10 years of relevant experience supervision exempt and non-exempt employees
Able to coach, mentor and develop staff.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Multiple site and project/construction experience a plus
