John Deere Credit is looking for a Product Services Rep in our Marketing Services Area.
Starting salary: $31,000 - $35,000 commensurate with experience. Total compensation includes salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
MAJOR PURPOSE:
Responds to and resolves complex escalated service issues and requests.
Assists with problem solving, training and/or mentoring less experienced personnel.
Prepares lending documents and processes complex revisions.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Responds to and resolves more complex service issues and requests.
Reviews and/or audits lending documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Assists with problem solving, training and/or mentoring less experienced personnel.
Prepares lending documentation and processes complex revisions.
Enters credit data and financial information, pulls appropriate credit report information and prepares customer credit file.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills
Understanding of the Accounting fundamentals, such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, etc.
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Education
Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience
Experience working in the finance industry.
Product/market specific processing experience.
Experience with consumer and credit bureau reporting.
Experience working in customer service or related customer-oriented environment.
