Salary: BOE Seeking top dog related to automotive sealer, underbody, primer, basecoat, clearcoat, prime booth, polish and wax. As a Senior Manager of the Paint Shop, you anticipate everything related to building a paint shop and developing your management team. This cross functional environment is not new to you as your bring 10-12 years in automotive paint production to the table. Data collection and review, planning, purchasing are all part of your busy day. A cultural fit as well as an exceptional work ethic is the goal. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering or related field and/or substantial experience with a paint supplier responsible for a paint shop start up. Southeast candidates will be given preference. Relocation provided.
