John Deere Coffeyville is seeking a Supply Management Engineer to be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and quality control of material flow processes internal to JDCW. In this position, you will:
Establish the internal replenishment plan for every part at JDCW.
Establish kanban cycles and appropriate containerization between the warehouse and multiple assembly and machining locations.
Oversee warehouse utilization, including the integration of a new small parts warehouse carrousel system into the assembly and service parts businesses.
Identify and resolve COGI root cause.
Establish robust inventory movement and inventory audit practices at JDCW.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Required Skills and Experience
Project Management Inventory data analysis.
Expertise in database management tools: Excel, Access, Business Objects Queries.
Experience with material replenishment principles: kanban, consignment, MRP.
Experience with SAP ERP software.
