If this sounds like you then consider becoming a Lead Software Design Engineer in Test on the Skybox server test team. We have an opening for a high-energy self-starter to assist the team in build the next generation of online experiences on mobile devices. We will target all of the ways in which people want to access and use information on the go. You will work with 5 to 6 strong SDETs on your team and other leads to investigate feature testability, develop automation framework for service and clients, end-to-end integration testing strategy, and develop test requirements and release criteria.
Requirements for this SDET Lead position include at least 3 years of development experience in C, C++, or C#; at least 2 years of experience leading a team of software engineers; at least 2 years of testing experience. Our services will include mobile applications, web UI, and server backend components. Therefore an experience with a broad range of technologies is a plus. Candidate must have expertise in designing test plans and automation for large scale, high concurrency usage online service and web service API. Experience in performance and stress testing is a plus. A technical degree in computer science, physics, or mathematics is preferred. Must be able to work in a startup environment where priorities can change quickly. Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must.
