Description :
Provide professional physical therapy evaluations and treatment in the home, long term care facilities and school systems. Highly effective communication, organization, and time management skills are necessary to be successful in this role. Psychosocial skills to work with physicians, family members, patients and the home health team are required. Travel is required, therefore a valid clean driver's license is needed.
You must have a license to practice physical therapy in the State of Maine, as well as a minimum of one year of experience to practice in this environment.
