This position demands a physically fit person who likes to spend his or her days outdoors. The Groundskeeper is responsible for the daily upkeep of the property, buildings, and grounds which includes grooming of the property, and the collection and disposal of trash. The Groundskeeper may be expected to assist in the movement of appliances, water flower beds and community plants, clean and vacuum community common areas, and other duties as assigned. All service personnel are required to have a personal set of general tools, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
