This position requires a dynamic individual with terrific salesmanship and fantastic customer service. First and foremost, the leasing consultant is responsible for selling the community to the perspective resident. From answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments to view the community, to presenting the available apartments in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion, this person is the first link to the customer. The leasing consultant assists in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy, as well as helping to maintain the community's customer base with an effective resident retention program.
