We are looking for a motivated, customer focused, and results driven professional to lead finance support for the Xbox Console manufacturing team. In this challenging role, you will manage two direct reports and you will be given the opportunity both to stretch yourself and to impact business performance. Core Job Responsibilities: * Perform month-end close activities, including cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly reporting. * Monitor the effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy of existing financial processes. Take a leading role on project teams to automate and improve existing reports, reporting tools and financial processes. * Ensure compliance to and effectiveness of internal controls (including Sarbanes-Oxley related activities) and accounting policies. * Engage and partner with senior business and finance leaders by delivering insightful financial and business analysis, highlighting business issues, risks, and profitability opportunities. * Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and manage performance throughout the year. * Ownership of complex models used in planning processes and performance management. * Ensure formal and ad hoc requests are dealt with in a proactive, accurate and timely manner. Requirements/Qualifications: * BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; Advanced business degree, CPA or CMA preferred. * Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in hardware manufacturing; large company experience strongly preferred. * Demonstrated knowledge of cost accounting practices and experience with ERP/MRP software and systems. * Advanced excel skills and demonstrated competencies in data mining, analysis, and reporting of data to management. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent cross boundary collaboration skills.
