We are currently seeking aProgram Director for our program in Bend, Oregon.

Responsible for the overall development and administration of the site’s primary program. Will be responsible for oversight of milieu management for three locations. Oversees and provides training and staff development for approximately 15-20 Residential Coaches and Case Managers.
• Supervises and manages program staff in all areas of milieu management, procedures and program responsibilities.
• Trains and or/assists in training of staff for program specific specialized curriculum.
• Oversees case notes and management of records from Case Managers.
• Meets weekly with subordinate staff.
• Co-facilitates group therapy sessions.
• May represent Program in attendance of external functions.
• Interacts with staff, students, and professionals regarding the delivery of the school program.
• Interacts with parents, consultants, and other schools.
• Provides guidance and serves as a role model for subordinate staff.

Requirements

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, teaching, business or other related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with adolescents or young adults in a developmental program.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with “at-risk” youth. Minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience required. Intermediate level of PC skills required.
• Experience in Substance abuse and 12 step recovery preferred.
• Must possess the ability to develop, organize, prioritize, and successfully implement multiple tasking with minimal guidance.
