Assists with the integration of engineering designs. Assists in the identification and validation of user access roles. Assists with the development and implementation of standards. Assists in the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity. Collects engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs. Works under close supervision. Other Job related information Support the Interceptor Project Office as the Huntsville focal in the daily management of Inteceptor Class I and II change activities. Duties include preparation of change documentation, representing the Interceptor organization as part of the proposal process at various meetings (i.e. level II brown and green rooms, and proposal team meetings). Support development of Basis of Estimates with Data Entry into EXCEL Spreadsheets for later incorporation into on-line costing tool. Also as part of the Interceptor Proposal team, ability to provide real time computer support in setting up visitor computers with accounts and appropriate software is desired. Work with all other parts of the Interceptor organization to assure that all impacts for each change have been properly documented in the appropriate change package and board reviews. Coordinate with Interceptor Product Organization teams located in multiple locations across the US to coordinate all change activities to capture supplier impacts. Additional duties will include support to the Interceptor strategic development team in helping to identify, coordinate, track and develop potential new business opportunities. Strong computing skills required, experience with doing data entry into Excel spreadsheets required. Would prefer that the successful candidate have an educational background in Marketing and Computer Science.
