Position : Human Resources Manager - Kansas City Market

Key Accountabilities:

1. Partner with DO, ADs and GMs the successful execution of the following processes: Management Selection, Performance Management/Compensation, Progressive Discipline, Benefit Open Enrollment, and HR Compliance programs
--Management Turnover, Hourly Turnover

2. Through Succession Planning with DO and ADs, ensure we are staffed at AD, Management and Hourly level for all restaurants.

3. Responsible for managing all employee relations issues in market with specific follow-up on all Resolve-IT complaints and any employment litigation (EEOC Charges, Employment Law Suits)
--Resolve-It Log and EEOC Charges

4. Conducts ongoing/special analyses of turnover, cost per hire, effectiveness of sourcing and determine appropriate actions with DO moving forward.

5. Lead/participate in cross functional teams

6. Train Salaried Managers on established Applebee's HR programs and practices
Ideal candidate will have:

EDUCTION, TRAINING & CERTIFICATION:
--Bachelor's Degree
--Desired: PHR Testing/Certification

EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR ROLE OF FUNCTION:
--Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in functional HR role
--Restaurant, Retail or Hospitality experience
