If so, Educate Online, America's leading provider of live at-home tutoring for at-risk students, is looking to hire a Lead Field Marketing Representatives to assist with recruiting students to participate in our free online tutoring program. DESCRIPTION We are seeking part-time Lead Field Marketing Representatives to help us recruit students to participate in our online tutoring program. As a lead marketing representative, you will assist your enrollment coordinator in with high level canvassing responsibilities including collecting necessary signatures from school administrators, parents, etc to ensure optimal student enrollment. Additionally, you will be a go-to person for new field marketing reps and assist with training and questions as the need arises. Other duties include: Door to door canvassing in targeted communities Ability to articulate the benefits of our program to principals, parents and students Collecting leads for student enrollment and following them through to the application process Working with local businesses, schools, families, etc in your area to advertise our program and generate enrollments and application leads Daily reporting of recruitment results Attending fairs/events to professionally present our program and generate student enrollment The ideal candidate will be comfortable talking to students and parents from all backgrounds to tell them about the benefits of selecting our free online tutoring service. Field Marketing Reps must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends a minimum of 25 hours per week. Hired candidates can expect to work 25 - 29 hours per week during our recruitment season.
